Matt Bier is a classically trained artist and woodworker who spent 10 years as the Lead Artist for Anthropologie and Terrain. At his Fairfield studio, he takes your ideas, sketches them, adds his vision, and crafts it into a living, functional, absolute work of art.
His commissions have included custom tables, garden gates, enormous wreaths, moss wall installations, birdhouses, signage, cutting boards, toys, and his signature show-stopping branch chandeliers. If you can dream it up, Bier can build it…out of wood and other natural materials.
