It’s Lauren Of Course

We dropped in on Westport's own Lauren Braun Costello for a Quick Kitchen Tour. Lauren is a classically trained chef, published author, cooking show host, and expert food stylist. You may know her from her Instagram blog @itslaurenofcourse. Lauren's culinary knowledge is endless and she excels at kitchen design, too. Her home kitchen dazzles with an 11’ island painted in Sapphire Ice by Benjamin Moore, mixed by Fine Paints of Europe. Have a listen as she explains how she designed her ‘work triangles,’ why she doesn’t have a warming drawer and how to plan for large-batch cooking.

The stove is by Thermador and the refrigerator is Sub-Zero. The wall-mounted pot racks are from Williams Sonoma and the bar stools and kitchen chairs are the Chiaro from CB2.
