Gallery Wall Guide
Editorial and fine art photographer Stacy Waldman Bass (stacybassphotography.com), a Westport native, has a way of capturing light and color that is so moving and beautiful. Her images of architecture, interiors, lifestyle and gardens have appeared regularly in countless regional, national and international publications and advertising campaigns and her fine art work is collected widely. Stacy’s garden images are celebrated in two best-selling books, In The Garden and Gardens at First Light. With so much to display, Stacy’s knows as well as anyone that getting a gallery wall right can be an art form in itself. In this video, Stacy gives us a tour of some of the different types of gallery walls she’s created in her beautiful home.
Stacy's quick tips for Photo Gallery Walls:
To get started, pick a theme like family, a trip, or even a color.
Mixing it up is part of the fun, but choose one unifying visual, like the frame, photo colors, or content.
Consider framing without a permanent backing so it's easy to swap out images when you are bored.
