SNOOP: A Snap of Ginger’s Canal-front Cottage
Founder of The Conscious Collective, Ginger Richardson is living the good life in her sweet and simple cottage. In her wellness business, Ginger connects people to themselves, others and nature and that sentiment is felt through the pieces she has carefully collected — art imagined by her son, special pieces selected from their travels, nurturing products created for her skincare line and each space is filled with warm sunlight calling to the calming canal-front beyond.
When Ginger decided to downsize, she wanted a place by the water where life could slow down and feel more intentional. Moving to this canal-front cottage gave her the perfect balance of nature, simplicity, and community. Now, summers are spent paddling and floating to South Pine Creek Beach—a favorite spot just a short trip down the canal.
She carries the simplicity and intentionality inside the cottage, making space for what truly matters. During her time living in Asia as an interior designer, she began collecting art and artifacts from all over the world—like this Buddha from Singapore.
Her style leans toward mid-century modern, but she loves mixing meaningful pieces and antiques to create a space that feels both personal and timeless.
Her son is a graffiti writer, and his room showcases his bold, creative energy.
